Python skills are not required here; this role centers on catheter assembly and quality control in a cleanroom environment. You will own end-to-end catheter builds, from sub-assemblies to final devices, impacting patient outcomes at scale. What You'll Do10
- 1Build catheter assemblies from start to finish including sub-assemblies and final device builds
- 2Interpret work instructions engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
- 3Perform critical catheter processes including liner stretching bonding annealing braiding reflow stringing
- 4Work under microscopes and with precision measuring tools
- 5Perform wire-to-wire soldering and electromechanical assemblies for advanced imaging catheters
- 6Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
- 7Accurately document work in QMS ERP systems and production records
- 8Package finished medical devices for shipment
- 9Maintain a cleanroom compliant workspace and follow safety procedures
- 10Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality targets
Requirements10
- 13+ years of catheter assembly experience
- 2Experience with full catheter builds from start to finish
- 3Ability to work with small components requiring excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
- 4Strong communication and documentation skills
- 5High School Diploma or GED
- 6Balloon catheter experience preferred
- 7Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- 8Experience in a cleanroom environment preferred
- 9Willingness to work onsite in Minneapolis MN
- 10Contract to hire position with pay range $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
