What You'll Do10

  • 1Build catheter assemblies from start to finish including sub-assemblies and final device builds
  • 2Interpret work instructions engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
  • 3Perform critical catheter processes including liner stretching bonding annealing braiding reflow stringing
  • 4Work under microscopes and with precision measuring tools
  • 5Perform wire-to-wire soldering and electromechanical assemblies for advanced imaging catheters
  • 6Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
  • 7Accurately document work in QMS ERP systems and production records
  • 8Package finished medical devices for shipment
  • 9Maintain a cleanroom compliant workspace and follow safety procedures
  • 10Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality targets

Requirements10

  • 13+ years of catheter assembly experience
  • 2Experience with full catheter builds from start to finish
  • 3Ability to work with small components requiring excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail
  • 4Strong communication and documentation skills
  • 5High School Diploma or GED
  • 6Balloon catheter experience preferred
  • 7Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
  • 8Experience in a cleanroom environment preferred
  • 9Willingness to work onsite in Minneapolis MN
  • 10Contract to hire position with pay range $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
