What You'll Do11
- 1Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 2Process cash credit card and digital payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash register operations
- 3Assist with food preparation tasks when needed including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards
- 4Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques
- 5Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation food safety and hygiene protocols throughout your shift
- 6Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food handling and preparation activities
- 7Manage retail sales transactions with precision ensuring quick service during busy hours while providing excellent customer service
- 8Handle cash register operations accurately along with basic math skills for balancing cash drawers
- 9Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- 10Knowledge of food handling sanitation and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- 11Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing retail sales transactions
- 35+ years experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 4Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers
- 5Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- 6Knowledge of food handling sanitation and safety procedures
- 7Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
