What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with a warm and friendly attitude as they approach the counter.
- 2Take food orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone, entering them into the POS system.
- 3Handle cash and card payments, and balance the cash register at the end of your shift.
- 4Assemble and package orders for takeout and delivery, ensuring no item is missed.
- 5Keep the cashier station and front-of-house area clean, stocked, and organized.
- 6Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to keep service flowing smoothly during rush hours.
- 7Answer customer questions about menu items, wait times, and daily specials.
- 8Handle minor customer issues politely, escalating to management when necessary.
