Customer Service Representative, Pizza Order Taking
Overview
You own the customer experience at the counter and on the phone. Take orders, answer questions, and keep the front of the store running smoothly. You work directly with the store team to ensure every order is accurate and every guest leaves satisfied. This role puts you at the heart of daily operations, with room to grow into higher-level store positions.
What You'll Do8
- 1Answer incoming calls and take food orders with accuracy and speed.
- 2Greet customers in the store and assist them with menu choices and order placement.
- 3Operate the point-of-sale system to enter orders and process payments.
- 4Pack orders for pickup and delivery, checking for completeness.
- 5Assist with light food prep and restocking supplies during rush periods.
- 6Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area.
- 7Resolve customer complaints quickly and escalate to management when needed.
- 8Support the team with closing duties, including cash reconciliation and cleaning.
Requirements6
- 16+ months of customer service or cashier experience.
- 2Clear verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- 3Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 4Basic math skills for cash handling and order totals.
- 5Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
