What You'll Do10
- 1Cook burgers and manage the grill, ensuring each order meets TFS standards.
- 2Deliver an exemplary guest experience with every interaction, from greeting to checkout.
- 3Maintain the cleanliness and retro-industrial ambience of the restaurant, including the dining area and workstations.
- 4Prepare ingredients, pack orders, and handle cash register transactions accurately.
- 5Collaborate with team members to keep service efficient and guest-focused.
- 6Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols during prep and cooking.
- 7Support shift leads in inventory and stocking as needed.
- 8Cross-train across stations to ensure flexible coverage during peak hours.
- 9Complete online and in-person training modules for consistent quality.
- 10Contribute to a positive team culture that values growth and internal promotion.
Requirements10
- 1Entry level - no previous experience required for Burger Mechanic/Cashier
- 22+ years kitchen experience for Shift Lead position
- 3Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask
- 4Outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
- 5Willingness to learn and complete training modules
- 6Must be a team player and work cohesively with others
- 7Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
