What You'll Do11

- 3Prepare and serve coffee beverages bagels and light food items following food safety standards
- 4Manage cash register operations including cash handling basic math calculations and transaction accuracy
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area including food prep stations and seating areas
- 6Follow food safety protocols during food handling and preparation to ensure quality standards are met
- 7Assist with inventory management restocking supplies and ensuring product freshness
- 8Support team members during busy periods by multitasking efficiently in a retail/café environment
- 9Own daily shifts and deliver memorable guest experiences
- 10Drive operational excellence through attentive service and efficient workflow
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional team to maintain high standards
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing POS systems and customer interactions
- 3Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- 4Food safety certification knowledge preferred
- 5Strong communication abilities with clear professional interaction
- 6Physical stamina to stand and lift moderate loads
- 7Reliable transportation to commute to Baltimore location
