Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships with guests and deliver exceptional service
- 2Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems
- 3Manage cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily
- 4Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
- 5Assist with prize distribution and game promotions
- 6Drive sales of Membership and Fun Pass products
- 7Support cross‑training initiatives across departments
- 8Contribute ideas to improve guest experience
- 9Participate in team meetings and company updates
Requirements6
- 15+ years of customer service experience
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 3Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Ability to lift 0‑50 pounds
- 5Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills
- 6Commitment to safety and health standards
