What You'll Do9
- 1Provide outstanding service by taking orders processing payments assisting with prizes
- 2Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the dining area
- 3Operate point of sale systems and manage cash transactions
- 4Upsell membership options and fun passes to enhance revenue
- 5Collaborate with cross-trained staff to deliver seamless guest experiences
- 6Adhere to strict health and safety protocols while handling food and equipment
- 7Participate in maintaining equipment and workspace organization
- 8Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and enthusiasm
- 9Support store operations during peak periods and special events
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in fast-paced service environments
- 23-5 seasons of hospitality or retail background preferred
- 3Valid identification and ability to pass drug screening
- 4Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- 5Ability to lift and carry 0-50 pound items safely
- 6Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- 7Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and grooming standards
- 8Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
- 9Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints professionally
