What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain POS systems using POS software
- 2Design menu layouts with Visual design principles
- 3Lead inventory audits using Excel spreadsheets
- 4Ship promotional materials via Shipping platforms
- 5Debug payment processing errors with System tools
- 6Drive sales performance using Analytics dashboards
- 7Own customer satisfaction initiatives through Coaching techniques
- 8Scale service quality across multiple locations
- 9Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Brand values
- 10Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot operational challenges
- 11Maintain cleanliness standards using Cleaning protocols
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in retail cash handling
- 23-5 seasons of hospitality work
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 5Strong communication skills
- 6Reliable attendance record
- 7Knowledge of POS systems
- 8Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- 9Background check clearance
- 10Passport photo
- 11High school diploma or equivalent
