Cashier & Café Associate, Family Play Space
Overview
You will own the guest experience at Cloudbound, a reimagined playspace for children ages 0-6, blending a children's museum with a playground. As the first and last smile families see, you will manage check-ins, café service, and play sessions. You will join a team backed by the creators of Sky Zone, grounded in developmental research. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact on young families in a design-forward environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Welcome every guest with energy and warmth, greeting returning families by name.
- 2Manage guest check-ins, sales, and transactions with accuracy, promoting memberships and party packages.
- 3Prepare and serve Coffee, Waffles, pastries, and snacks at the Cloud Café, maintaining Food Safety standards.
- 4Assist with Moments classes and open play sessions, engaging children and caregivers in guided activities.
- 5Maintain cleanliness and organization across guest areas, ensuring a premium, secure environment.
- 6Support event preparation and on-site coordination for birthdays and special events.
- 7Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions between classes, playtime, and café service.
- 8Follow all safety and operational procedures to align with brand standards.
Requirements6
- 1Outgoing and positive attitude with a passion for families and young children.
- 2Reliable and punctual, understanding that consistency builds trust.
- 3Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or childcare preferred.
- 6Willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card and CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
