Case Manager, Residential Youth Services & Administration
Overview
Case Manager at Sasha Bruce Youthwork leads the day-to-day operations of a therapeutic group home for youth ages 13-21. You will oversee program compliance, personnel, finances, and reporting at a scale serving thousands of youths through DC and Prince George’s County programs. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain daily operations for the residential program ensuring high-quality crisis intervention, counseling, and housing services
- 2Develop and sustain administrative systems for grant/contract compliance and accurate documentation
- 3Lead personnel actions including hiring, evaluation, and separation while supervising staff in one-on-one, meetings, and live-supervision sessions
- 4Plan and facilitate regular staff meetings and continuous quality assurance activities to improve outcomes
- 5Manage program records, client statistics, data entry, and progress reports with accuracy and timeliness
- 6Coordinate program liaison activities to internal and external stakeholders and participate in agency-wide meetings
- 7Oversee facility maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, compliant, and well-kept living environments
- 8Support compliance activities for annual license renewal and regulatory requirements
- 9Monitor program finances and reporting to align with contracts and grants
- 10Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through staff development and process enhancements
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, or business/public administration with minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience
- 2Master’s Degree preferred in a youth program setting
- 3Experience with at-risk youth or homeless population in a residential facility
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6Ability to pass DC and other state background clearances
- 7Commitment to ending youth homelessness, racial equity, inclusion, and Sasha Bruce’s mission
