What You'll Do10
- 1Install custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures pergolas louvered roofs and retractable screens
- 2Read and interpret construction drawings measurements and installation plans
- 3Load transport and organize tools and materials safely
- 4Operate hand and power tools responsibly
- 5Maintain clean safe and professional job sites
- 6Communicate effectively with customers and project managers
- 7Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely project completion
- 8Train and support junior staff as needed
- 9Adhere to all safety protocols while working at heights
- 10Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work
Requirements8
- 1Construction carpentry or installation experience required
- 2Journeyperson Carpenter preferred apprentices in final years acceptable
- 3Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 4Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds regularly
- 5Comfortable working at heights using ladders scaffolding and safety gear
- 6Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 7Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 8Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Salary Insight
$52 - $73k per year
