Overview
The Carpenter will own installation of custom outdoor structures across residential and commercial sites in Chicago. This hands-on role involves reading drawings and leading crews while ensuring quality and safety.
What You'll Do8
- 1Install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures pergolas louvered roofs and retractable screen systems
- 2Read and work from drawings measurements and installation plans
- 3Load transport and organize tools and materials safely
- 4Operate hand and power tools with proper safety practices
- 5Maintain clean organized and professional job sites
- 6Communicate with customers and represent the company effectively
- 7Collaborate with project managers to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standards
- 8Train and support crew members as needed
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Construction carpentry or installation experience required
- 3Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 4Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
- 5Comfortable working from ladders scaffolding and safety equipment
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 7Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset
- 8Requires knowledge of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
