What You'll Do7
- 1Mix plastering materials properly for each job.
- 2Apply plaster to interior and exterior surfaces using hawk, trowel, Darby, and slicker.
- 3Work with dots and screeds to ensure level surfaces.
- 4Apply plaster coats in three stages: scratch, brown, and finish.
- 5Install lathing and plastering bases including channel iron and wire lath.
- 6Perform dust control and clean up after each work session.
- 7Travel to assigned developments within Manhattan as directed by the Neighborhood Administrator.
