Overview
We seek a compassionate caregiver to join our team at Appletree Court Assisted Living Community. The ideal candidate will own resident activities and wellness outcomes while collaborating with a supportive staff. This role offers flexible weekend shifts within a vibrant community focused on personalized care.
What You'll Do5
- 1Assist residents with daily activities and emotional support as outlined in service plans
- 2Develop and revise care strategies by sharing resident insights with supervisors
- 3Report resident concerns to nursing staff promptly during scheduled shifts
- 4Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions led by the Wellness Director
- 5Support administrative tasks including shift documentation and schedule coordination
Requirements5
- 1Minimum age of 18 years with valid caregiver certification
- 2Strong English communication skills for resident interactions
- 3Ability to maintain current state licensing requirements
- 4Experience meeting healthcare regulations in assisted living settings
