What You'll Do10
- 1Build one-on-one care plans and support routines for clients in their homes
- 2Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and incontinence care with dignity
- 3Assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and mobility transfers
- 4Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
- 5Document daily activities, health status, and client well being in care logs
- 6Follow care plans and prescription reminders with accuracy
- 7Maintain safety and infection control standards during visits
- 8Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
- 9Participate in ongoing training and credentialing requirements
- 10Collaborate with team to ensure high quality, consistent care across shifts
Requirements10
- 1PCA, HHA, or CNA certification preferred
- 2Open availability strongly preferred
- 3Ability to meet all job‑related qualifications and licensing requirements
- 4Background check completed after conditional offer in accordance with local laws
- 5Willingness to comply with EVV requirements for Medicaid funded services
- 6Experience in home care or elder care settings preferred
- 7Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
- 8Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes
- 9Ability to perform personal care tasks and mobility assistance
- 10Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and safety
