What You'll Do9
- 1Provide comprehensive care including bathing dressing toileting and feeding per care plans
- 2Maintain resident safety comfort dignity and confidentiality
- 3Escort residents to meals and activities
- 4Ensure residents remain clean neatly dressed groomed safe and fed during shifts
- 5Document all services delivered and report changes in resident condition immediately
- 6Utilize knowledge of elderly populations and dementia best practices
- 7Perform intermittent lifting up to 50 lbs using proper body mechanics
- 8Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic resident well-being
- 9Adhere to health insurance protocols and maintain accurate records
Requirements6
- 1Certified Nursing Assistant or DHS certification with high school diploma
- 25+ years experience working with elderly populations
- 3Preferred dementia care experience
- 4Physical stamina to stand walk sit use fine and gross motor skills and lift up to 50 lbs
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with residents
- 6Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in dynamic environments
Salary Insight
