Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years experience in career services staffing or recruitment
- 2Proven track record of direct coaching and placement success
- 3Experience with CRM systems like CampusVue or PowerBI
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capability
- 5Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 6Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields
- 7Knowledge of healthcare career pathways and employer requirements
- 8Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
