What You'll Do10
- 1Register new patients in the EMR with demographics and insurance information
- 2Open and maintain chart encounters in AthenaOne and provide historical references
- 3Greet, room, and take vitals for patients in clinic
- 4Enter orders, e-prescribe, and create clinical visit summaries
- 5Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate with physician staff to ensure continuity of care
- 6Perform clinic room inventories and restock supplies
- 7Assist Lead Care Coordinators with daily clinic tasks and recalls
- 8Screen incoming calls, coordinate referrals, and schedule imaging and tests
- 9Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and assist with compliance training
- 10Provide coverage across roles as needed to support operations
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Bachelor's Degree a plus
- 31-2 years of experience in a medical setting
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
