What You'll Do7
- 1Perform pediatric and fetal echocardiogram imaging studies following IAC standards
- 2Provide accurate imaging documentation to assist physicians in identifying cardiac anomalies
- 3Assist with EKG procedures and monitor Holter monitors and event devices
- 4Initiate preventive maintenance and collaborate with managers on equipment issues
- 5Maintain supply inventory to support patient care operations
- 6Operate cardiac sonography equipment according to department specifications
- 7Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Associate or Bachelor's degree in Sonography Cardiovascular technology nursing or allied health program
- 2Minimum two years of cardiac sonography experience with pediatric/fetal preference
- 3Graduate from a cardiac ultrasound program with CAAHEP accreditation
- 4ARDMS registration or eligibility with registry status within two years of hire
- 5Current BLS certification
