What You'll Do10

  • 1Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology services across the Sequoia Hospital campus
  • 2Manage the cardiology service line including daily rounds and discharge summaries
  • 3Coordinate complex patient care such as TAVR procedures and heart failure management
  • 4Collaborate with five supervising physicians to ensure continuity of care
  • 5Split time equally between inpatient hospital rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities
  • 6Lead and ship clinical initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient care
  • 7Utilize AWS and Kubernetes to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure
  • 8Drive implementation of Spark and Airflow for ETL processes
  • 9Own and scale diagnostic imaging programs to improve patient outcomes
  • 10Ship new clinical protocols and drive process improvements

Requirements7

  • 1Board-certified Physician Assistant with active California license
  • 2Minimum 1 year of recent cardiology experience preferred
  • 3Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • 4Experience with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
  • 5Familiarity with Spark and Airflow for data engineering tasks
  • 6Proven ability to manage end-to-end clinical service lines
  • 7Commitment to patient-centered care with excellent work-life balance
