You will maintain Mercedes vehicles to showroom standards, owning the wash, vacuum, and dry process for a high-volume dealership. You will work alongside a tight-knit team under the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group banner, known as "Team Rahal," where collaboration and customer focus drive daily operations. This part-time role stands out with a $500 Signing Bonus, $15 an hour, and a consistent schedule. You will directly impact first impressions for every client, backed by a uniform and full training.
What You'll Do9
- 1Wash, vacuum, and dry Mercedes vehicles to showroom quality.
- 2Maintain vehicle keys with a secure tracking system.
- 3Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- 4Assist team members with cleaning and detailing tasks as needed.
- 5Safely move vehicles around the lot and through the wash bay.
- 6Perform quality checks on each vehicle before handover.
- 7Follow daily wash schedules to meet appointment deadlines.
- 8Keep workspace and equipment clean and organized.
- 9Report vehicle damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements6
- 1Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 2Ability to work in all weather conditions with provided uniform.
- 3No prior experience necessary, but a strong work ethic is required.
- 4Professional interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- 5Must pass a pre-employment background check and driving record review.
- 6Availability for Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
