Overview

Cirrus Logic seeks a motivated Capacity Planner to support capacity planning across manufacturing partners and technologies. What You'll Do21

  • 1Support capacity planning activities for assigned products work centers or vendors
  • 2Monitor demand capacity and utilization reports
  • 3Identify capacity gaps and potential constraints
  • 4Prepare routine planning reports and dashboards
  • 5Maintain capacity planning master data including assumptions cycle times yields and availability
  • 6Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies
  • 7Support SAP IBP planning activities and system updates
  • 8Ensure planning assumptions are properly documented
  • 9Prepare and distribute vendor forecast packages
  • 10Track vendor responses and update planning systems
  • 11Compare vendor commitments against forecast requirements
  • 12Gather and analyze planning data from multiple systems
  • 13Support monthly and quarterly capacity reviews
  • 14Create charts summaries and presentations for planning discussions
  • 15Provide basic analysis of capacity utilization and forecast trends
  • 16Work with Supply Planning Operations Engineering and Vendor Management teams
  • 17Participate in planning meetings and document actions and follow-ups
  • 18Communicate planning updates and data issues in a timely manner
  • 19Support process improvement and automation projects
  • 20Help identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • 21Learn planning tools systems and business processes

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading supply chain initiatives
  • 3Bachelor’s degree in supply chain Business Engineering Operations Research Data Analytics or related field
  • 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • 6Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 7Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • 8Internship or experience in supply chain operations planning manufacturing or data analysis
  • 9Experience with ERP SAP SAP IBP Power BI SQL Python or other analytical tools
  • 10Understanding of forecasting planning or manufacturing concepts
  • 11Ability to access technical data without export license requirements
