Capacity Manager, Facilities Management Transitions
Overview
You will lead a small to medium-sized team delivering all client commitments for the Midwest South Business unit, focusing on transitions for new business wins. You will coordinate staff functions and operations, mentoring your team to meet service levels. You will work with sales and client cross-functional teams to align on scope and mitigate risks. This role stands apart by combining operational leadership with transition management in a hard services-led environment. You will report directly to senior management and influence key decisions.
What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members to improve delivery quality.
- 2Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff for flexibility.
- 3Consult with sales professionals to define project requirements and investigate approaches to achieve results.
- 4Identify potential risks, inform leadership, and implement action plans to mitigate them.
- 5Assist with resource coordination and build strategic operational plans for projects.
- 6Drive service level performance, present findings to senior management, and prioritize open issues with client teams.
- 7Serve as the point of contact for key systems and processes supporting project transitions.
- 8Model CBRE RISE values and influence cross-functional teams to reach agreements.
- 9Resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in existing systems and processes.
Requirements6
- 13-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management preferred.
- 3Ability to guide sensitive and complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- 4Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- 5In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 6Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Salary Insight
$106 - $120k per year
