What You'll Do11
- 1Lead recruitment for interns entry-level and junior roles across all departments
- 2Coordinate two intern recruiters managing 100 annual interns
- 3Own onboarding training and development for interns in our Best Internship in Retail program
- 4Plan and host BIIR events as the first HR contact for interns and managers
- 5Maintain relationships with MBO HBO and university coordinators for placements
- 6Participate in campus events school visits and organize employer branding photoshoots
- 7Drive continuous improvement of the BIIR program using intern feedback
- 8Manage online presence content strategy and LinkedIn page for employer branding
- 9Oversee review websites job boards and employer branding materials
- 10Organize employer branding content to showcase company values
- 11Report recruitment KPIs for internship roles within HQ NL
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in consultancy or corporate roles
- 2Strong interest in attracting early career talent with campus recruiter background preferred
- 3Proven experience in stakeholder management and educational partnerships
- 4Skilled in project coordination and content creation for employer branding
- 5Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and reporting experience
- 6Proactive project management skills with organizational approach
- 7Excellent event organization abilities for BIIR onboarding and training
- 8Enthusiastic communicator comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
- 9Fluent in English Dutch is a plus
