What You'll Do11
- 1Assume responsibilities for a group of campers to ensure positive safe experience
- 2Participate in and supervise activities during J Camp including pool time
- 3Plan and lead camp activities
- 4Ensure proper supervision of campers at all times
- 5Clean J Camp spaces before departure
- 6Support camper wellbeing through behavior management and conflict resolution
- 7Supervise campers during field trips including bus rides
- 8Communicate regularly with J Camp staff both verbally and in writing
- 9Act as ambassador for SJCC internally and externally
- 10Follow all emergency procedures at SJCC
- 11Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed
