- 7Follow up with leads as assigned
- 8Maintain a positive professional and respectful tone on all calls
- 9Meet daily call expectations and productivity goals
- 10Communicate clearly with the Admissions team regarding interested leads
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3Strong phone communication skills required
- 4Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
- 5Reliable organized and able to follow directions
- 6Basic computer and data entry skills required
- 7Experience in call center customer service sales or home care preferred
- 8Full-time schedule Monday to Friday in-office position
