What You'll Do9

  • 2Schedule appointments across three clinic locations and providers
  • 3Coordinate all referrals managed by the Administrative Assistant
  • 4Educate patients on specialty services and clinic directions
  • 5Manage the Weave call distribution system for uniform call routing
  • 6Filter sales calls to voicemail and follow up confirmations
  • 7Maintain high standards of verbal communication and professionalism
  • 8Utilize scheduling software and phone distribution tools effectively
  • 9Support a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Proven experience in call centers or medical reception roles
  • 3Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • 4Friendly professional phone etiquette
  • 5Strong multitasking capabilities in dynamic settings
  • 6Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling platforms
  • 7Comcast experience preferred
