  • 5Apply Systems Engineering principles including DFMEA and boundary diagrams
  • 6Manage projects from conception to deployment with stakeholder alignment
  • 7Analyze and interpret results using Excel and Powerpoint reporting
  • 8Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
  • 9Integrate Python scripts for automation and data processing tasks
  • 10Ensure documentation meets regulatory and internal quality standards
  • 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align calibration goals with business objectives

Requirements11

  • 15+ years designing propulsion or emissions calibration systems
  • 23-5 seasons of Systems Engineering experience with DFMEA and quality tools
  • 31+ year project management background
  • 4ATI Vision proficiency required with optional experience in INCA or CANape
  • 5Model-Based Design expertise with Simulink preferred
  • 6Strong understanding of EPA and CARB compliance requirements
  • 7Proficiency in Python or alternative scripting languages
  • 8Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for technical reporting
  • 9Commitment to continuous learning and skill development
  • 10Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
