What You'll Do11
- 1Complete transactions including cash and coin exchanges and voucher conversions
- 2Count monetary funds using automated machines and secure strapping techniques
- 3Maintain accurate player accounts and process check cashings through cage systems
- 4Promote A Play Club memberships and inform guests about promotions
- 5Assist guests with slot chip and cash conversions
- 6Verify all checks against internal standards and VIP systems
- 7Follow Nevada gaming regulations and company policies
- 8Operate Jet-Sort machine and bill counters
- 9Provide positive guest interactions and resolve inquiries
- 10Complete required paperwork for regulatory compliance
- 11Support Table Games and Slot Departments operations
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Prior casino cage experience preferred
- 3Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
- 4Ability to speak English fluently
- 5Strong mathematical skills for financial transactions
- 6Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 7Familiarity with Certegy and Newave systems
- 8Experience with coin and paper money counting
