What You'll Do8
- 1Reset tables and bar tops after each guest visit, removing used items and sanitizing surfaces.

- 4Ensure all dining areas, including patios and bars, meet 100% sanitation standards.
- 5Project professionalism and warmth with every guest interaction, smiling and offering assistance.
- 6Perform daily side work, including stocking supplies and polishing silverware.
- 7Collaborate with the front-of-house team to resolve conflicts positively and keep morale high.
- 8Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper lifting and chemical handling.
Requirements8
- 11+ years in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred.
- 2Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended shifts.
- 3Strong communication skills to coordinate with hosts and team members.
- 4Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables at once.
- 5Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- 6Fluency in English for clear communication with guests and staff.
- 7Ability to perform basic math for table counts and supply inventory.
