Vast seeks a Business Systems Analyst to lead functional support for enterprise engineering manufacturing systems. This role drives process optimization and system integration for a pioneering space station project. What You'll Do11

  • 1Serve as primary liaison between Technical Product Managers and end users across engineering manufacturing and quality functions
  • 2Document current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies through collaborative analysis
  • 3Perform first-line triage of user requests before escalating to product managers or technical teams
  • 4Gather functional requirements from diverse teams to create use cases and acceptance criteria
  • 5Support cross-system data mapping and integrate solutions between standard platforms
  • 6Participate in configuration reviews and solution walkthroughs for vendor evaluations
  • 7Maintain process documentation and training materials for super users
  • 8Act as resource during post-go-live stabilization of new features
  • 9Author technical documentation and user guides for complex systems
  • 10Provide guidance on data validation and system behavior verification
  • 11Communicate clearly with stakeholders to resolve high-volume requests

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in technical engineering business or related field with 2+ years BA analyst experience
  • 2Proven experience with PLM systems like Siemens Teamcenter
  • 3Familiarity with MES and NetSuite ERP platforms
  • 4Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing environments
  • 5Expertise translating technical language to functional requirements
  • 6Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence
  • 7Ability to thrive in fast-paced demanding settings
  • 8Demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
  • 9Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • 10Willingness to work evenings and weekends for critical missions
