Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Business Performance Analyst (Associate) to support an Enterprise AI Portfolio and Value Capture Program. This role tracks AI initiatives maintains portfolio data supports governance activities and produces reports measuring AI investment value and progress. The ideal candidate is organized analytical and comfortable collaborating across stakeholders while managing portfolio data using Microsoft Office tools and reporting platforms.
What You'll Do9
- 1Track AI use cases throughout their lifecycle including intake governance delivery production readiness ownership status and value realization.
- 2Maintain portfolio trackers dashboards and reporting data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- 3Support value capture activities by documenting projected and realized business benefits cost savings investments assumptions and performance metrics.
- 4Analyze portfolio trends such as AI pipeline platform utilization funding requirements delivery readiness and functional area performance.
- 5Coordinate with business stakeholders governance teams and project owners to collect missing information validate project status and resolve outstanding items.
- 6Prepare status reports dashboards meeting notes action items and executive summaries.
- 7Organize and maintain project documentation governance artifacts and SharePoint repositories.
- 8Identify data quality issues recommend process improvements and support reporting automation initiatives.
- 9Assist with portfolio governance meetings follow-up communications and operational support activities.
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2Experience supporting business operations portfolio management PMO governance reporting or business analysis functions.
- 3Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Experience working with Microsoft Excel SharePoint Power BI PowerPoint Microsoft Word Microsoft Teams.
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- 7Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8Experience preparing reports dashboards and executive presentations.
- 9Preferred Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate knowledge of dashboard development and reporting automation.
- 10Familiarity with AI initiatives technology portfolios PMO environments or governance processes.
- 11Background working in a large enterprise or highly regulated industry.
