What You'll Do11
- 1Lead by example as primary field technician cleaning windows pressure washing and performing exterior maintenance services
- 2Manage and optimize daily service routes for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 3Ensure safety procedures and service standards are consistently followed
- 4Make outbound sales calls to residential and commercial prospects providing estimates and converting leads into recurring customers
- 5Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- 6Train new technicians on service quality safety standards and customer service best practices
- 7Oversee performance and support development of junior team members acting as go-to person for problem solving in the field
- 8Maintain valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 9Work physically fitting comfortable working at heights or with ladders
- 10Demonstrate self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
- 11Drive business growth through direct sales and team leadership
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing field operations and sales teams
- 3Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 4Physically fit comfortable working at heights or with ladders
- 5Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
Salary Insight
$35 - $48k per year
