What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions using Agile and Waterfall techniques
- 2Analyze and document requirements ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
- 3Translate business needs into system workflows and visual models including current and future states
- 4Provide analytical guidance to stakeholders for informed decisions
- 5Employ Agile practices through epics features and user stories
- 6Support solution design by aligning requirements with system capabilities
- 7Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams for shared understanding
- 8Prioritize requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet expectations
- 9Review and validate requirements for readiness before development and UAT
- 10Assist with change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
- 11Define and monitor KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business IT or related field
- 23-5 years experience in business analysis or equivalent role
- 3Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- 4Familiarity with Azure DevOps project tracking tools
- 5Proven use of requirements gathering techniques such as interviews questionnaires and user observation
- 6Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in team settings
- 7Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- 8Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications
- 9Strong presentation skills for horizontal and vertical communication
- 10Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Visio
- 11Business Analyst certification preferred
