What You'll Do10
- 1Perform custodial cleaning and groundskeeping tasks including trash removal and surface disinfection

- 4Power wash sidewalks and exterior surfaces while keeping walkways clear
- 5Manage security alarm systems open doors and deliver supplies across campus
- 6Paint classrooms replace light switches change floor and ceiling tiles and service evaporative coolers
- 7Conduct landscaping duties such as mowing trimming plant care and irrigation
- 8Supervise daily operations when the Campus Facility Supervisor is absent
- 9Set up campus events and manage rental equipment logistics
- 10Represent the district professionally while upholding confidentiality and board policies
Requirements8
- 1High School diploma or GED plus two years building maintenance or custodial experience
- 2Valid Arizona driver’s license
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights using ladders
- 4Strong knowledge of tool operation and safety protocols
- 5Proven ability to prioritize tasks independently with minimal oversight
- 6Excellent communication skills for interacting with students parents and staff
- 7Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- 8Willingness to demonstrate initiative within established policies
