What You'll Do9
- 1Perform connects and disconnections for residential and business customers
- 2Upgrade and downgrade services
- 3Install and remove equipment including converters
- 4Ensure proper signal levels and picture quality on televisions
- 5Promote cable and internet services while educating customers
- 6Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment
- 7Assist with installing and splicing fiber optic cables
- 8Follow safety protocols and DOT requirements
- 9Complete the SCTE Broadband Premise Install test within three months

- 1Valid driver's license
- 2Ability to pass background check
- 3Availability for on-call responsibilities
- 4Willingness to work overtime
- 5Pass all components of the Safety Course curriculum
- 6Maintain DOT requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVRW
- 7Reliable and responsible with strong work ethic
- 8Proven organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- 9Demonstrated customer service and sales skills
- 10Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 11Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
