What You'll Do9
- 1Build and deploy high-speed broadband Wi-Fi networks using industry-leading tools
- 2Design and execute installation processes for voice services and customer premises equipment
- 3Diagnose technical issues and resolve them promptly to maintain service quality
- 4Scale installation operations to support growing customer demand
- 5Maintain safety standards when working in confined spaces or at heights
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
- 7Drive continuous improvement in installation techniques and customer interactions
- 8Own the end-to-end delivery of installations from initial assessment to activation
- 9Utilize cloud platforms to track and manage installation projects efficiently
Requirements5
- 15+ years building Ethernet and fiber optic networks with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes for network management
- 3Valid state driver’s license and ability to lift 60 lbs
- 4Experience working in tight spaces and on ladders up to 28 feet
- 5High school diploma or GED with willingness to obtain advanced certifications
