Overview
We seek a friendly and attentive Breakfast Server to provide high-levels of customer service at Marriott Chicago Northwest. This role involves delivering prompt service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining knowledge of menu items and daily specials while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
What You'll Do10
- 1Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute
- 2Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items including those available at the bar
- 3Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously according to company standards
- 4Clean designated areas following company procedures including opening and closing routines and hygiene requirements
- 5Clean and refill condiment sets for each table
- 6Set tables according to company policy ensuring all items are clean undamaged and in good condition
- 7Ensure storerooms are adequately stocked
- 8Clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals balancing speed and guest comfort
- 9Ensure correct charging presenting bills and processing payments in accordance with procedures
- 10Practice good customer service assisting guests without affecting other customers
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- 6Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- 7Excellent organizational multitasking and verbal communication skills
- 8Attentive to detail
- 9Friendly service-driven disposition
- 10Ability to work shifts over weekends and public holidays
Salary Insight
$29 - $37k per year
