What You'll Do11
- 1Check station before during and after each shift ensuring proper set‑up and cleanliness
- 2Greet guests warmly and communicate specials or promotions clearly
- 3Capture order details verbally repeat back to guests and input accurately into the POS
- 4Retrieve up to 30 lbs of food from kitchen verify accuracy lift and deliver with appropriate condiments
- 5Maintain bar area following alcohol service regulations and replenish beverages as needed
- 6Serve desserts or specialty coffees upon request
- 7Operate POS pre‑check and finalize checks promptly
- 8Pitch in to assist coworkers and demonstrate teamwork
- 9Uphold professional appearance and adapt communication styles for diverse audiences
- 10Develop strong relationships with guests staff and internal partners
- 11Learn POS systems and master keyboard navigation efficiently
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading server teams in hospitality
- 3U.S. military experience welcome
- 4Certified Professional Cook (CPC Card) preferred
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals valued
- 65+ years hospitality service experience
