What You'll Do11
- 1Drive sales execution and achieve revenue targets set by UFC Gym
- 2Conduct private and small group training sessions following T.R.A.I.N principles
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness areas
- 4Document daily workouts for liability compliance
- 5Assist members with program management and scheduling
- 6Adhere to UFC Gym policies and safety guidelines
- 7Operate office equipment and manage basic administrative tasks
- 8Collaborate with staff to provide exceptional customer service
- 9Participate in club events and seminars
- 10Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- 11Uphold the Train Different philosophy in all interactions
Requirements11
- 1Minimum Purple belt or higher with BJJ certification
- 2Proven experience in mixed martial arts instruction
- 3Current CPR/AED certification
- 4Valid DotFIT certification preferred
- 5Minimum 1 year teaching experience
- 6Physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy equipment
- 7Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- 8Ability to work weekends and maintain consistent attendance
- 9Knowledge of client record keeping and program documentation
- 10Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 11Commitment to professional development and growth
