Boxing Coach, Private Training & Sales
Overview
You will own the full member boxing experience at UFC GYM Riverdale, driving private training revenue and supplement sales from day one. You will train members using dotFIT software and lead % starter sessions and prospecting outreach. You will work weekends to maximize member engagement and hit monthly revenue goals. This role blends hands-on coaching with sales execution, making every shift a direct impact on member success and gym growth.
What You'll Do8
- 1Sell and conduct Private Training sessions with members, adapting programs to individual goals.
- 2Run Starter Sessions and execute prospecting activities to convert leads into long-term members.
- 3Track supplement purchases, measurement data, and workout progress in dotFIT software.
- 4Boost supplement revenue through booths, body fat tables, and seminars.
- 5Achieve monthly personal revenue targets for private coaching and supplements.
- 6Lead safe and effective MMA training sessions that follow UFC Gym's T.R.A.I.N philosophy.
- 7Keep the fitness floor and training spaces organized, clean, and presentation-ready.
- 8Support the Turn-Over process by completing sales of sessions when needed.
Requirements9
- 11+ years coaching or training experience in a fitness setting.
- 2Current CPR/AED certification.
- 3Certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym or a Pro-Am fight background.
- 4High school diploma or GED; 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
- 5Working knowledge of dotFIT program and software.
- 6Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 7Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- 8Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
- 9Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
