Brand Enhancement Technician - Power Washing & Striping
Overview
You will own the visual upkeep of 7-Eleven properties across Salt Lake City, covering power washing, parking lot striping, and light painting. You will join a facilities team that maintains over 86,000 locations worldwide, ensuring every store meets brand standards. This role requires travel up to 50% and heavy physical work, but you will see your impact immediately in every clean lot and crisp line.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate power washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and graffiti from canopies and exterior structures, using water reclamation where needed.
- 2Strip parking lots with ride-on and hand-held equipment, applying ADA-compliant markings and templates for clear, safe walkways.
- 3Perform light interior and exterior painting, including touch-ups on walls, ceilings, and fixtures to keep stores pristine.
- 4Diagnose and repair minor equipment issues, maintaining power washing and striping tools to factory specifications.
- 5Complete preventive and reactive work orders on schedule, logging all actions in the maintenance system.
- 6Inspect and replace ADA signage, ensuring visibility and compliance at each location.
- 7Keep inventory of tools and parts within audit tolerance, ordering supplies as needed.
- 8Drive a company vehicle to job sites, following maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
- 9Collaborate with store managers and contractors to coordinate access and minimize disruption.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 21+ years in power washing, maintenance, or construction-related work.
- 3Ability to operate heavy equipment like ride-on stripers and pressure washers.
- 4Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs from floor to waist and 75 lbs overhead, with frequent standing and walking.
- 5Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- 6Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and quality.
- 7Willingness to work varied hours, including early mornings or weekends, with reasonable notice.
