What You'll Do11
- 1Power Wash Surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- 2Inspect areas to determine optimal cleaning methods
- 3Set up and operate power washing machinery safely
- 4Strip and repaint parking lots walkways and designated zones
- 5Perform interior and exterior painting projects
- 6Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment
- 7Manage tool inventory within audit specifications
- 8Maintain company vehicle according to service schedules
- 9Ensure ADA signage compliance and visibility
- 10Complete work orders meeting quality and performance standards
- 11Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE usage
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Experience with power washing and construction maintenance
- 3Ability to lift up to 100 pounds floor to waist
- 4Physical stamina for standing walking bending and lifting
- 5Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- 6Flexibility to work varied hours with reasonable notice
- 7Willingness to travel up to 50 percent of the time
- 8Experience with spray equipment and painting tools
- 9Strong communication skills for teamwork and client interaction
- 10Background check acceptance encouraged
