Overview
The Brand Enhancement Technician leads visual upkeep at 7‑Eleven sites. This role drives power washing, surface cleaning, parking lot striping, light painting and general facility care. Success means enhancing customer experience while upholding brand standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Power wash and clean surfaces using appropriate agents
- 2Set up and operate power washing equipment safely
- 3Inspect surfaces to select proper cleaning methods
- 4Strip and paint parking lots walkways and designated zones
- 5Maintain ADA compliance and safety standards
- 6Perform routine equipment maintenance and inventory control
- 7Conduct facility upkeep including lighting and wall repairs
- 8Follow PPE and safety guidelines
- 9Complete work orders to quality performance levels
- 10Collaborate with team members and external partners
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 25+ years experience with power washing or maintenance equipment
- 3Ability to lift up to 100 pounds floor to waist
- 4Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- 5Experience with spray equipment and construction tools
- 6Willingness to work varied hours with reasonable notice
- 7Valid driver’s license for travel up to 50 percent
