Lead a team of frontline sales colleagues to achieve sales goals and branch revenue objectives. Mentor and coach field sales professionals to maximize performance while ensuring productivity in residential products and services.
What You'll Do15
- 1Hire onboard train manage and engage sales colleagues
- 2Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
- 3Lead weekly meetings to monitor performance and skill development
- 4Facilitate one-on-one debriefs to improve communication and training needs
- 5Ensure team meets activity standards and exceeds sales targets
- 6Set a strong example in personal character commitment organization and work habits
- 7Monitor revenue objectives and collaborate with Operations for APITDA realization
- 8Serve as steward of RentokilTerminix business model
- 9Plan and order job-related items for new hires
- 10Work with new hires to evaluate improvements and provide feedback
- 11Communicate training needs to leaders for continuous improvement
- 12Increase unit sales by implementing company sales practices
- 13Maintain minimum sales activity requirements while working in the field
- 14Monitor and enforce creative sales programs and inventory
- 15Set an excellent management example and maintain a quality image
