Overview
You own the Tooele branch of a staffing agency, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. You lead a team of recruiters and support staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. With 1+ year of management experience, you'll receive comprehensive training in the staffing industry. You report directly to regional leadership and collaborate with sales to expand market presence. This role offers a path to regional management and includes a performance bonus.
What You'll Do7
- 1Oversee daily branch operations, including recruitment, temporary employee placement, on-call rotations, and accurate record keeping.
- 2Lead a small team of recruiters and support staff, setting goals and monitoring performance metrics.
- 3Create branch financial reports and track revenue against targets.
- 4Deliver superior customer service to all clients, resolving issues promptly.
- 5Meet sales goals and drive market growth in the West Valley area.
- 6Maintain client relationships through frequent communication and quarterly business reviews.
- 7Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients from sales representatives to branch operations.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of management experience.
- 2Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- 3Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale principles, methods, and practices.
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- 5Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
- 6Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
- 8Experience with CRM software.
