Branch Manager, Retail Banking Arizona
Overview
Owns and leads a branch to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales and regulatory goals. Manages a team, coaches colleagues, and partners with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services to grow the local market. Drives adherence to banking laws and internal policy with independent judgment. This role operates onsite five days a week at the Sun City, AZ location.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build a high performing branch team through coaching, development, and training
- 2Lead customer experience initiatives to expand the local customer base and promote U.S. Bank products and services
- 3Partner with wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payment services to fulfill customer financial goals
- 4Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and company policies
- 5Drive performance metrics and branch goals through effective communication and critical thinking
- 6Mentor and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and meet targets
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2Four to five years of experience in sales, retail management, or banking
- 3Strong understanding of retail product philosophy, policies, procedures, documentation, and systems
- 4Experience with teller and platform functions including processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques
- 5Ability to evaluate and resolve problems with minimal guidance
