- 2Enhance member engagement by optimizing CRM usage to deepen relationships and financial wellness opportunities
- 3Enforce service standards and model exceptional relationship building behaviors for consistent member experiences
- 4Manage complex member escalations with a focus on retention and satisfaction
- 5Oversee regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and timely training on operational changes and system updates
- 6Direct daily operations including staffing, security, and technology system effectiveness
- 7Drive business development through community partnerships and local networking to generate opportunities
- 8Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines to improve member experience and enterprise initiatives
- 9Coach for performance, conduct reviews, address gaps, and identify advancement opportunities
- 10Prepare emerging leaders for advancement by mentoring the Assistant Branch Manager and others
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 34+ years of experience in Financial Services Sales and Service
- 41+ years of leadership experience
- 51+ years cash handling experience preferred
- 6Strong mathematical and logic skills
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Ability to be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Lending System and Registry (NMLS) required
- 9Notary Public registration required
- 10Willingness to participate in pre-employment substance abuse testing
