- 5Monitor KPIs including revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- 6Lead day-to-day branch operations to meet safety, performance, and profitability targets
- 7Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, and Compliance teams to ensure aligned objectives
- 8Ensure DOT OSHA and workplace safety compliance across operations
- 9Drive customer focus and service quality to enhance client retention
- 10Support career progression and professional development within the branch
Requirements8
- 1At least 5+ years in branch or operational management
- 2Proven P&L responsibility with a track record of meeting targets
- 3Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
- 4Degree or equivalent operational leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or related sectors
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel Word Outlook
- 7Valid driving license
- 8Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations (advantageous)
